Chalet Le Pré is set in 1040 metres which approximately 1/4 acre of its own grounds. It is a newly built traditional style wooden chalet with a sizeable garden and wooden terrace complete with hot tub. There is a double swing for the younger members of the family, as well as a equipment for garden tennis, volleyball, badminton etc, during the summer months. The terrace has teak dining furniture, sun loungers, patio heater and a large gas BBQ. |
The ground floor is fully tiled with travertine (except for the utility room) and has under floor heating. The decor is contemporary with all the facilities you would expect from a 4 star hotel.
There is a downstairs toilet and a utility room for skis and wet ski clothing. It also houses a large washing machine and Tumble Dryer. Ironing board and iron are also provided for your convenience. |

Bedroom 4 is situated on the ground floor and is a good sized double room with a double bed and a pull out bed capable of sleeping up to 4 people. |
The Lounge, Dining area and Kitchen are all open plan for modern easy living making it extremely sociable. The main feature of the lounge is the spectacular round fireplace in granite and sandstone which has an enclosed log burning fire and with its air vents both upstairs and downstairs provide extra heating.
There is plenty of seating in the Lounge with comfortable leather sofas. |

The Lounge is equipped with a large widescreen 32in widescreen Television, DVD/video player with surround sound and satellite TV. There is also a Desktop PC with internet access for your convenience. The chalet whilst having a light airy interior retains much of its character with large wooden beams and pillars. |
| The dining area has a large farmhouse style pine table and chairs with double doors opening out onto the decking area. |

| The oak kitchen has granite worktops and include a large electric range cooker, American Fridge/Freezer and Dishwasher amongst the many appliances supplied to ensure a luxurious and comfortable holiday. |

There are beautiful ash stairs to the upstairs where there are a further 3 double bedrooms. |

The third bedroom is furnished with mexican pine furniture which can sleep 2 people. |
| Bedroom 2 has bunk beds and is ideally suited for children although the beds are big enough to sleep adults. |

The master bedroom with ist super kingsize bed and 2 pullouts is designes as a family room capable of sleeping 4 people. |
| This bedroom also benefits from its own en-suite shower room equipped with double shower with body jets, underfloor heating and towel radiator and is tiled in stylish mixture of limestone and sandstone. |

| The main family bathroom is also tiled in limestone and has a shower/steam cabinet with body jets and a whirlpool bath as well as towel radiator and underfloor heating. |
